2024 Was a Transitional Year at ComGroup. 2025 Will Continue the Trend.
Each year we develop a strategic statement that becomes our guiding light for the year. In 2024 it was; Plan for Growth, Manage by the Numbers. The year performed well on both levels.
During the past twelve months we’ve contracted with twelve new clients in a diversity of industries.
Each client reflects the industries we’re niched in; Government, agriculture and business-to-business.
In terms of geography, we’re still following our plan of geographic expansion with new clients located in Virginia, Pennsylvania and of course Arkansas.
The industries our new clients represent are also diverse including:
- Agriculture
- Data center development
- Digital solutions for motors, generators and drives
- Educational Savings
- Embedded electronics
- Equipment manufacturing
- Financial services
- Food & Beverage
- IT solutions
- Residential and commercial doors
Along with client growth, we’ve added staff in our public relations, client service, digital and social media departments.
One of our agency mantras is; The Only Thing Acceptable in Today’s Environment is Constant Never-Ending Change.
2024 certainly proved to be a year of significant change and growth for our agency and our clients.
2025 will be another year of sweeping change designed to benefit our customers, grow our company and maintain a culture that is people focused.
Our mantra for 2025 is; Adapt, Innovate & Grow.
For those of you who know the line “we’re not in Kansas anymore” from the Wizard of Oz, our industry, our clients needs and the tools available are moving at warp speed. Our goal is to identify the key changes that our clients and company can best benefit from, grab hold of them and put them to work.
